Household paper, how to choose and how to use?
Release time:2024-03-04
Household paper briefly said the conclusion: do not use rolling paper to wipe your mouth, use virgin pulp for pumping paper, and do not throw handkerchief paper in the toilet.
Household paper is simply divided into categories according to raw materials, and you can basically determine what quality the paper you buy. Don't expect 15 dollars to buy 100 dollars in quality, and there is no need to spend 50 dollars on the ass.
Raw material classification: 1. 100% virgin wood pulp. 2. 100% virgin pulp (including wood pulp, cane pulp, bamboo pulp, straw pulp). 3. Recycle pulp
1. The cost of 100% virgin wood pulp is high, and the price is also very expensive. Most of the roll paper is actually mixed pulp, wood pulp mixed with a certain amount of sugarcane pulp. This doesn't particularly affect the quality, after all, how expensive an adult's ass can be. 100% pure virgin wood pulp base paper is currently about 8000 yuan/ton, according to the cost accounting of pure wood pulp base paper, the general roll paper is about 200g, the average cost of a roll of paper is about 1.6 yuan/roll, and the cost of a mention is 16 yuan. Labor, rent, management, marketing, 40% markup, the retail price is about 22 yuan. This is the approximate selling price of 100% virgin wood pulp. If it is less than 18 yuan/mention under the same weight, it can basically be judged that it is not 100% virgin wood pulp.
2. The base paper of semi-wood pulp is currently about 6,000 yuan/ton, and the cost of a roll paper after folding is about 12 yuan, and the retail price is about 17 yuan/ton after a 40% increase. Anything below 17 yuan either has a very low pulp content or uses recycled pulp.
3. The recycled pulp needs to be bleached and other treatments for many times, which is not very friendly to people with sensitive skin. Therefore, children generally use wet wipes instead of rolling paper.
The use of household paper can be divided into roll paper, toilet paper, handkerchief paper, wet wipes, kitchen paper, and paper towels.
Rolling paper: Rolling paper is generally used for no comment. The production process of roll paper is not complicated, if you can buy a large roll of base paper, you only need a very simple machine to cut and produce roll paper at home. However, the tensile force of the base paper is not very well adjusted, and the consequence of immature technology is that the rolled paper produced is broken, and it is difficult to reach the standard roll of 200G/roll; It is necessary to constantly test the tensile force of the base paper. And the tensile coefficient of each batch of base paper is different, which depends on experience.
In terms of use, the hygienic cleanliness of rolling paper is not as good as pumping paper, so emphasize that don't wipe your mouth with rolling paper! Don't wipe your mouth with rolling paper! Don't wipe your mouth with rolling paper!
Paper pumping: The process of paper pumping is much more complex than that of rolling paper, and the cost test is not much different. However, because the paper needs to be more absorbent, the paper is generally made of 100% virgin wood pulp, and it is best to use long fibers. A lot of cheap pumping paper has poor water absorption, just because of the base paper. If the paper is not 100% virgin wood pulp, it is not recommended to wipe the mouth. At the same time, one thing to pay attention to in the use of toilet paper is not to throw it directly to the toilet, because it is highly absorbent and easy to cause the toilet to clog.
Handkerchief paper: Handkerchief paper is actually embossed and folded with pumping paper, and the effect of the two is actually the same. Handkerchief paper is more usually brought for emergencies, and the paper is generally used at home. There is little difference between the two in terms of cost and price. I especially hate the fact that some manufacturers use recycled pulp on the base paper of handkerchief paper, which is not a particularly responsible practice. Because recycled pulp inevitably needs to add phosphor, the purpose is to make the pulp look whiter, in fact, it is not very friendly to health.
Wet wipes: The process of wet wipes is not complicated. The main cost is disinfectant, and after this wave of the epidemic, it is estimated that the price of wet wipes will rise. I haven't studied the quality of wet wipes, and some children will be allergic after using them. Friends who have research are welcome to add.
Kitchen paper: The purpose of kitchen paper is to absorb oil. If you don't want to wipe the cloth oily after the meal, it is much more convenient to wipe it with kitchen paper.
Hand towels: Hand towels are divided into different grades according to water absorption, and the absorbency of paper towels in high-end hotels is relatively good, and the quality of Starbucks' free paper towels can only be said to be average. It's free, after all.
